Circles are led by trained and experienced volunteers. Each circle explores and practices one or two contemplative practices. These are usually guided experiences with time to reflect and discuss.

We draw primarily, although not solely, on the Christian Wisdom traditions. We focus on practice, not discussion of religious beliefs or creeds. No prior meditation experience is required.

Contemplative practices last from 10 – 20 minutes. There is opportunity to share experiences and questions. There is time to meet other members of the circle.

No registration is required. There is no fee. Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start on time.
